Therapy Dogs

First We Live provides grants to individuals and organizations to support the implementation of therapy dog programs. These grants may be used to offset the cost of acquiring a therapy dog, handler training, and required certifications. By reducing financial barriers, First We Live helps bring the proven social, emotional, and mental health benefits of therapy dogs to students, staff, and communities—creating calmer spaces where connection, healing, and belonging can flourish.
